Guardian Logistics Solutions Welcomes Clark Jernigan as Vice President of Finance

We are pleased to announce that Clark Jernigan has joined Guardian Logistics Solutions as our new Vice President of Finance, effective April 2025.

Clark brings over a decade of finance and accounting leadership to GLS, with a proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and corporate accounting. Most recently, Clark served as Director of FP&A and M&A at NearU, where he played a key role in scaling the business through strategic forecasting, budgeting, and the successful completion of more than 20 acquisitions in the residential home services industry.

Prior to his time at NearU, Clark held leadership roles in transaction advisory services at Forvis Mazars (formerly Dixon Hughes Goodman) and began his career in assurance at Ernst & Young, serving clients in the financial services sector. He holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from Wake Forest University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from Washington and Lee University. Clark is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in North Carolina and Virginia.
