Guardian Logistics Solutions Expands Reach with Acquisition of Cargo-Link

DURHAM, N.C.– Guardian Logistics Solutions (GLS), a leading provider of logistics and delivery solutions in the Southeast, is proud to announce its acquisition of Cargo-Link, a well-established logistics company with a strong presence in the Carolinas. This strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone for GLS as it continues to grow its service offerings and market footprint.

Expanding Capabilities and Enhancing Services
Cargo-Link brings new capabilities to Guardian Logistics Solutions, including 53-foot tractor-trailer services and a customs bond for seamless import/export operations. These additions complement GLS’s existing offerings, providing customers with an even broader range of logistics solutions.
